The client hereby acknowledges that any use of this site requires that the client read, fully understand, and completely agree with the following terms and conditions set forth and listed below.  If the client does not agree to the following terms and conditions listed below, he/she must immediately cease current, as well as future, access and use of this site altogether.

All contents of this website (which includes, but is not limited to, the flash, graphics, logos, photos, text, along with the coding and software) remain the properties of Key2SinCity or any of its third party constituents.  The distribution, duplication, misuse, modification, or reproduction of any or all parts of content within the site without the express written consent from Key2SinCity is strictly prohibited.  The name Key2SinCity, along with its logo, are registered trademarks and shall remain the properties of Key2SinCity and may not be distributed, duplicated, misused, modified, or reproduced in any such manner without the express written consent of Key2SinCity.

This site is intended for both personal and business use only.  Acceptable use is defined as the gathering of information about the services that Key2SinCity or any of its third party constituents provides for its clients.  It also includes contact and correspondence between both parties through communication devices such as by telephone, cellular, fax, and e-mail regarding the service(s) offered.

Key2SinCity assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for the actions of any of its third party constituents.  Furthermore, Key2SinCity does not guarantee any of the services provided by its third party constituents.  The third party constituents include, but is not limited to, vendors such as casinos, hotels, limousines, nightclubs, pools, gentlemen's clubs, golf courses, rental cars, real estate brokers, restaurants, security personnel, spa services, and tour operators.  It is also fully understood that Key2SinCity will not be held liable for the cancellation or rescheduling of an event due to any catastrophe, whether it be caused by Nature or acts of God and it is the client's sole responsibility to be aware that such an occurence is a possibility.  In the event a particular service provided by Key2SinCity or any of its third party constituents is unavailable, Key2SinCity will do whatever they can within their means to accommodate the client.  Key2SinCity handles the booking and reservations for its third party constituents and is in no way affiliated with them in any other way.  Furthermore, Key2SinCity, along with its third party constituents, assumes no responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur while utilizing these services.  In addition, the client is fully responsible for any incidental or miscellaneous charges which are incurred while utilizing the services of Key2SinCity or any of its third party constituents.

Key2SinCity assumes no responsibility and will not be held liable for the actions of its clients.  Furthermore, each client, along with any or all additional persons within the group, is fully responsible for their actions and behavior at all times while in the presence or services provided by Key2SinCity or any of its third party affiliates.  The client, along with any or all persons within the group, shall be fully responsible for any legal action brought against them in a court of law.  This includes any violation as defined in the Nevada Revised Statutes which includes, but is not limited to, narcotics and/or drug paraphernalia (possession, sale, or use), disorderly conduct, physical and/or verbal assault or abuse, sexual offenses, theft, and vandalism.

Key2SinCity provides a cancellation policy regarding the following services:

Deposits may be required upon booking the following services: Nightlife (VIP hosted entry and/or bottle service), VIP services (casino marketing, corporate events, golf, hotels, real estate, restaurants, security, shows, spa services, and tours), and luxury transportation which shall include, but is not limited to exotic cars, private charter jets, sedans, SUVs, executive motorcoaches, party buses, and limousines (sedans, stretch, super-stretch, SUVs).  

A 72 hour cancellation policy applies to all of the service(s) listed above in which Key2SinCity provides to its clients.  The cancellation policy is subject to change without prior written notice from Key2SinCity or any of its third party constituents.  In addition, the cancellation policy may not apply during peak holiday weekends since certain bookings or reservations may be required to be prepaid in advance.  In the event that a client fails to cancel with at least 72 hours notice, the client will forfeit any or all monies collected as a security deposit in advance.  Furthermore, reservations are non-transferable and are valid only for the principal name and requested date of booking.  Key2SinCity will not be held responsible for any clients who fail to comply with the rules and regulations set forth by any of its third party constituents used.  A proper valid ID such as a state-issued driver's license or passport stating that the client is at least the legal age of 21 years of age must be in the possession of the client in all venues or areas required by Nevada State law.  Fascimiles or reproductions of an ID will not be accepted.  There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.  Proper dress code is also required by many of the third party constituents utilized by Key2SinCity.  It is the responsibility of the client to meet these requirements by researching the rules and regulations of the nightclubs in advance.  Any questions or concerns regarding these requirements should be addressed to Key2SinCity prior to any scheduled bookings or events.  Key2SinCity will not issue refunds in the event a client fails to meet these requirements.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the City of Las Vegas, which is located in the unincorporated County of Clark, in the State of Nevada.  Any disputes regarding Key2SinCity, the services it provides, its third party constituents, and all law enforcement agencies will be settled and executed in the jurisdiction of the above mentioned districts.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without any valid reason.
